Graduation Guidelines 1. Graduates with their attendees will pull into the back gate and receive a number from Mrs. Garrott and/or Mrs. Liddell. Cars will be lined up in alphabetical order according to the graduates last name. 2. Officer Carver and Mrs. Smith will be in charge of lining vehicles up alphabetically once they are inside of the gate3. NO graduate will be allowed to enter the gate if it is not during their scheduled time. 4. NO vehicle will be allowed to enter the gate if it does not contain a graduate. 5. Mrs. Roberts will be in charge of holding and releasing vehicles to advance to the on ramp in front of the gym.6. Vehicles can be decorated with the graduate’s name on the posters7. ALL GRADUATES MUST BE DRESSED IN THEIR CAP AND GOWN BEFORE COMING TO GRADUATION. 8. Due to COVID-19, no one will be able to utilize the facilities (classrooms, bathrooms, office, hallways) because all buildings will be locked.9. Only one car per graduate unless you have twins or more than one graduate and in that case each child can ride in separate vehicles.10. Once the graduate and their attendees arrive, they are to pull up to the on ramp of the gym, ONLY THE GRADUATE IS ALLOWED TO EXIT THE VEHICLE WHEN IT STOPS. EVERYONE ELSE MUST REMAIN INSIDE AT ALL TIMES. 11. The graduate will get out of their vehicle and walk up the ramp12. A fifth-grade teacher will announce each graduate as they walk up the ramp13. At the top of the ramp, Miss Tate will be stationed to hand the graduate their certificates, next Mr. Ray will shake the graduate’s hand, and then they all will stand for a photo. 14. If you are interested in purchasing your child’s photos the price will be $5.00 for a small photo or $10.00 for a larger one. 15. Once the photo is over the child will be free to get back into the vehicle and you may drive away. 16. No floats, trailers, motorcycles, 4-wheelers, 3-wheelers, 12-15 passenger vans, charter buses, RV’s/motorhomes, tractor-trailer trucks, etc. will be allowed to enter the graduate line. 17. All attendees must be inside a car, truck, SUV or Van with the graduate. ABSOLUTELY, No Walk-Up’s

Traffic (Safety) 1. When the graduates have received their certificates, they will be directed to continue to drive forward through the residential area ahead.2. No traffic will be allowed to move in the opposite direction to ensure a seamless transition.
