backless or low-v evening party wears

Do you find it hard to stretch out your hip flexors? A lot of the time we tend to feel it through the quad as we lead too far forward. Placing a block (or two) under the front foot does three things: backless or low-v evening party wears
1 - It encourages to lift up and out of the hip rather than collapsing forward.
2 - It prevents us from leaning too far forward taking the stretch out of the hip.
3 - It encourages you to squeeze your glue allowing the front line antagonist muscles to release.

Try it and see!

And as always when stretching the fascia - GO SLOW! Breathe here for at least 10 breathes and make sure it's gentle, don't push through pain.
